The pattern was always the same: a beautifully designed deck, a team that grew exponentially during the pitch and shrank to two junior developers post-contract, a codebase with no documentation, and a "platform" that couldn't handle real traffic without falling over.

CodeInk was founded on a simple premise: the people who promise the outcome should be the people delivering it. We operate as a small, senior-only team and will never overload our capacity. We'd rather say no to a project than compromise the quality of work we deliver to existing clients.
